Anybody want to get together Friday night between Everett and Bellingham?

My Supra is back on the road and I finally have some free time so I'm wanting to see if anybody wants to get together Friday evening somewhere between Everett and Bellingham. LMK and let's set something up. Adam

    Photoshop help?

So I have a few projects (well, a lot of little ones that will take forever to implement) this winter to do but I need some help designing them to make sure they will look right to me. I want to remove my flushmount headlights completely and weld up the hood/modify the upper header panel so it...

Anyone with BIC 1zz coils installed, help needed

The 1zz-fe coils use 3 wires. A ground, a 12v power and a 5v switched. Sorry about the mix up. The switched wire should be 5v IIRC and goes directly to the ECU because it is the wire that has the signal that tells the coil to fire. The 12v power is a constant 12v and the ground goes to a...

Anyone with BIC 1zz coils installed, help needed

I have the BIC 1ZZ kit on my 1J. What I did first was remove my engine harness until it was fully free except for being connected to everything on the engine still. I then removed the factory ignitor system and the stock coils. After that I wired in the grounds, 12v switched power (you get...

    Machine shop

I think I paid $700 to have the head and block decked, the bores honed, new bearings installed, my new cams installed, and everything checked. Mind you I brought them a the block with all the internals still attached and the head still intact. I don't have a breakdown of the costs Dane, but if...

    Machine shop

The only one I know to trust is just across the border in Langley, B.C. They did my block and head.

    Project Clean 87

I used some aftermarket map light bulb that has an LED in it. It's a direct replacement. Only mod I did was put in duct tape to increase reflection of the light since it's aimed mostly straight instead of down.

Not unless we have it a lot closer to me. I am low on funds right now.

    Project Clean 87

I finally got around to installing a pair of LED lights for my map lights and had to put in some duct tape to help reflect the light better. Much better light output now and the light is actually white instead of a dull yellow.

    Project Clean 87

Ok, I'm finally back. The temp brake line was a failure. I took it to the local brake shop Wednesday and had them replace the hard line and T-junction. Once I got it back this morning I flushed the brake system. Ordered a bottle of ATE Super Blue brake fluid along with a replacement hood...

I spent the last few hours traveling down memory lane...

I'm with ya'll on everything. The forum really has changed over the last few years. I'm just now returning from a 6 month hiatus after the PacNW Supra Nationals left my Supra with no brakes (hardline failure) and me depressed and too broke to fix it. We all change, although not all of us...

If my Supra is back from the brake shop and they don't ding my wallet too bad we'll be there.

    Project Clean 87

So, after a 2 1/2 month hiatus from the Supra I finally replaced the bad hard brake line tonight with a new temp hard line. I'm ordering a roll of stainless hard line and a Wilwood porportioning valve to replace the stock non-proportioning one. I moved the MAP sensor back where it belongs and...

Donations to Pay the Supra Nationals Hotel Bill

We've raised $493 so far. Anything we don't get donated to pay the bill comes directly out of my pocket, and I don't make that much. I'm willing to put up $500 of my own money. That just leaves about $1000 left to get together. If you can spare anything please donate.
