If you already have the R154...Just spend the money to have it rebuilt. Otherwise, just go find one in good condition. R154's have the reputation of a pretty solid transmission. If you look around, you'll see that there are some Supras making some *serious* power, all with a stock R154...

Well sure...but I'm willing to bet that his car pulls harder in 3rd gear on a GT42 @ 36psi than most well-upgraded DSMs do from a launch. IIRC, that's a 9 second car.

It's not physically forced by the wipers arm that does it... Rather, I believe it's something to do with the acceleration of the car is so hard that something wiring related to the wiper motor just kicks on without hitting the windshield wiper lever... Yes, the look on the drivers face is...

Well... The more I look at the picture...The more I think they really have the potential of looking AMAZING on that car. Suspension + Flush (not overdone) sideskirts, front lip and rear pieces... With your car, and those wheels, would look awesome. Jeff
