Anyone got one? I've got a 92 supra radio model number CD-1634 TL1 but the connector in my 91 is gone so i need a pinout. Plan is to directly solder the wires to the players pins but I don't know what wire to put to which pin, thats why i need a pinout. Any help would be appreciated. I guess...
Well for a little while now my supra has been making a horrible racket. I knew it was driveline related but didn't have time to tear into it yet. Anyway now it finally wont go into gear at all and when i rev it i can feel a vibration. Here is a video of the sound it makes.
R154, DM stage 2...
Yeah those were just some tails that I got from someone else that tinted them. I did like them for a while but there's almost something ricey about tinting.
This is just my opinion but I cannot figure out why people keep trying to modify the look of 89+ tails, just about everything ruins them and they look great stoock.
My point exactly;) DON'T RIP OUT YOU AC!!!!!!!! Anywho good luck with the re-install, you've got some good advice to go with.
As for the r-12 to r-154. Yes they use different materials(i'm not completely sure everything that is involved) but i've been running r154 for a few years now and...
Okay, i'd replace the drier, and the seals at the spots where its been disconnected. To get the rest of the moisture out a shop can hook up the system and pull a vacuum on it. This makes the water basically evaporate out of your lines but it can take a few hours iirc. You'll want to charge it...
Try to keep a connection when you pull the terminal for a parasitic draw test. Maybe something is shorting out or turining on a bit after the car turns off? Maybe mount a camera on your meter, do a draw test and let it sit for a few hours.
The reality of all this is.. if you put this stuff all over your car, chances are its not coming off and it'll probably never get re painted. Prove me wrong;)
Damn i just looked, no disc thickness listed. If i remember (which i've probably forgotten) most of them were 8mm and the ones that were worn down to the metal were 4 and 5mm. If you are looking for a way to tell them apart, just set one on top of each other and compare.
Just one thing...
