Finally finished polishing my intake manifold after 2.5 months (I've been doing some other work so it just sat there for a while). Now I'm working on installing the manifold.... Oh Joy.

Started to put together the rear subframe.
Battle Version suspension to include sway bar end links
ST suspension sway bars
Half of a Energy Suspension poly kit
Energy suspension poly Ball Joint Dust Boots
New OEM wheel bearings with seals
New OEM Spherical Bushing
Ronnie K Subframe bushings
Changed wheel bearings, seals and spherical bushing on my rear hubs.... Also wire wheeled them down, hit them with some rust convert, masked them up and painted them with truck bed liner.
Tomorrow my energy suspension ball joint dust boots should be in to replace the boots on my upper...
I would just keep the OEM manifold and used the money to get the CT26 rebuilt and upgrade. (Esp if you don't want to work on getting a full system setup)
I have all battle version pieces for the front and rear, Ronnie K subframe bushings for the rear, Poly bushings for everything else, ST Suspension sway bars, and new OEM lower ball joints. The only thing I didn't do was get the Beech upper control arms... because well... those are hella...
YouTube how to adjust that boost controller and then adjust it down.... OR disconnect the boost controller and reroute the factory hoses in place, which will give you waste gate pressure. The other thing is you could get a FCD which will get rid of your fuel cut.
