That's an Idaho Cherry picker! :) I'm dropping the complete front subframe and replacing it with a better unit. The motor is held up by the subframe, so the motor needs something to hold it in place when I perform the swap, hence the firewood :)...and chain. cwd

The car got 23 mpg on the freeway going 80 mph today. I can get from 23- 28 on the open road. Always a bit better at a lower speed. Near stock '91 supra turbo, auto and full 3 inch exhaust. cwd

Car is fixed. Left the CPS alone and fixed the out of adjustment TPS. Once the TPS with adjusted to specs, the timing was easy to set at 10 degrees with the jumper attached. Before with the bad TPS, the CPS could turn no further to fix my timing issue, once the TPS was fixed I had more than...

Just reading another site and says that the TPS must be working and set correctly for base timing to work at the ECU. Looks like I'm going to test the TPS. cwd
