Swaps are not cheap or easy by any means. I think your best bet is to learn more about the car and set some realistic goals for yourself. Money usually is the limiting factor but the amount of time and frustration that can go into the swap can overwhelm a lot of people.
The first map uses the stock 1JZ ignition table and then for the fuel just modify the fuel map to compensate for the larger injectors. Since that map is for 440cc injectors 440/682 = 0.65
Since the fuel in the map is 100% you have to bring it down to 65%.
ARP rod bolts and new bearings should do the trick just fine! I would still take a look at the crank and see what sort of condition it is in. If it was me and I would just put a 2JZ bottom end if you are going for big power.
Would you not want more negative camber in the rear?
Sorry I have not made any updates. I have been having some drive ability problems with the car and have been unable to get an alignment done.
