I am pretty sure those fans can only draw 10 amps so you must have a short circuit or faulty fans. No other explanation.

If you are melted the 30 amp fuse and holder then you definitely have a wiring issue. Do you have a picture of the wiring? Also maybe the fans have a fault in them?

I guess the Walbro could be dying but pumps usually just fail completely not partially. That is why I ruled out the pump because the car starts to lean out in the higher rpm's under full boost. Either way the Bosch pump is the one actually doing the work and the walbro can essentially flow as...

I don't see how these 2 fans can draw enough current to blow a 70 amp fuse..... Are you sure the wiring is correct?

I can't see it being the Walbro as he is running a surge tank so that would not be the issue at all. I think he is just running out of fuel.

I agree the Bosch really shines at high FP. I would bump up your base fuel pressure to about 50-60 psi. That way under boost the Bosch will be running at 80 or so Psi. You should be able to push 700rwhp on this setup with high enough fuel pressure.

I am going to say that your cam timing is off. Make sure your crank pulley is at zero and that both of your camshafts point straight up.

I agree when you have the money to do the fuel and supporting mods then upgrade the turbo. What is the point of running a decent size turbo if you are not even running it efficiently?

Well we need to know what harness you have. You realize that the 1JZ was put in many different cars. Post some pictures of the harness and then we can point you in the right direction. By the sounds of it you do not have a 1JZ Supra harness.

Pump gas and meth tuned to 24 psi.
