If you are melted the 30 amp fuse and holder then you definitely have a wiring issue. Do you have a picture of the wiring? Also maybe the fans have a fault in them?

I agree the Bosch really shines at high FP. I would bump up your base fuel pressure to about 50-60 psi. That way under boost the Bosch will be running at 80 or so Psi. You should be able to push 700rwhp on this setup with high enough fuel pressure.
I agree when you have the money to do the fuel and supporting mods then upgrade the turbo. What is the point of running a decent size turbo if you are not even running it efficiently?
Well we need to know what harness you have. You realize that the 1JZ was put in many different cars. Post some pictures of the harness and then we can point you in the right direction. By the sounds of it you do not have a 1JZ Supra harness.
