Good info, I'd like to see the dyno sheets! Did you ever test the DDP (wastegate dump to atmosphere) to the recirculated DDP? I have one of your recirculated downpipes and love it, but I'm curious if dumping to atmosphere yields any measurable gains.
We should definitely get something together. My car is torn apart right now for upgrades, but I'm working hard to have it back together for springtime! I met someone else here on the forums in the last couple of weeks that lives right next to me in Green (also has a Teal).
Edit: His username is...
Removed the fuel tank. I couldn't get the fuel feed fitting off so I had to cut it :thumbsdow:
After a little cleanup:
To my surprise it was clean as a whistle inside!
My replacement fuel line and filter: (filter probably doesn't need changed, but while I have the tank...
I've been collecting a lot of parts. I need to get busy installing them...though it's 12 degrees right now! I do hope to have it back on the road for the spring though.

This guy isn't lying. I was interested in the car when it was up on craigslist early last year. It was located in Ventura, CA. The owner was a guy and his name was Craig. Less than 90,000 miles on it IIRC. He sent me LOTS more pictures via email and it looked like a very nice car. I decided to...
I almost bought that car before I got my Teal. Not these scams but when the real car was up for sale (in California). I talked to the owner and he is a really cool guy; very helpful and sent lots of other pictures. Unfortunate that the car is used in so many scams...
LOL, I didn't realize you had one yourself. Don't worry, that wasn't a rant towards you (I think that "less than 2 liters" statement is funny, just not when someone thinks anything less than xx liters is useless). It was more towards the "all Hondas suck" crowd ;)
I'm not normally a fan of flat...
Supra motors only have 1 more liter than that. 1JZs only a half liter more. ;)
I have an '01 Prelude as my DD. I think it makes a GREAT daily car. Mainly:
- Good gas mileage (I've hit 31.5 mpg highway before, consistently 25-28 mixed)
- Super reliable...I've only done the clutch on this car...
Just basic bolt-ons. It's my DD so I need it to be reliable (which is has been) :). In summary:
- Mugen header & Mugen catback exhaust
- Rota subzeros, 17x7.5" +45 offset
- Koni Yellow shocks w/ Ground Control adjustable coilovers
- OEM front lip, Mugen replica sides & rears
