yah ur right Link--> http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?S=SR&P=61 .............. if u look at the diaghram for the inner tie rod it has a claw washer. The bottom left hand side of the TSRM page indicate this is not a reusable part. so was thinking of using the old one...
After a few weeks of waiting. My package came in and woop ti doodie do! opened it and was so excited to put the new inner tie rods on my steering rack that has been patiently waiting for them until I took a second look in the bag to find that the claw washer wasn't included in. :3d_frown...
ah yeah that's fair enough.... my poly bushings came in the other day... and can't afford to leave the car off the road for a while.... and it's supposedly a lengthy process to get the bushings out of it's housing. So buying another set to work on and doing a change over would be easier.
I am planning to remove and replace the arms. with new ES bushing. The control arm bolts must be torqued down with the car's weight on the ground which TSRM advise as well as IJ somewhere :P
The problem is when you have the car sitting completely on the ground how are you suppose to torque down...
hmm thats wat i thought. visually they look the same (w58 vs r154) but cant be certain. tried lookig through the rockauto database but cant seem to find carrier bearings.
