Correct me if I'm wrong, the top allen screw with the lock nut is the throttle stop. it should be adjusted while the motor is at normal operating temps. this is the hot idle speed adjustment. If at normal temps, your rev drops to almost stalling, and there are no other issues, try raising the...
nothing, really. just enjoying driving it around town. boosting every now and then. i probably won't install the weldon pump 'til after the centralia meet.
I have a couple pictures to share though...
I am using a ford tps on mine so can't help you there. But the bogging/stalling issue, I fixed mine by adding some timing when throttle is closed and at ~2000rpm, that's acting like a dash pot. You can't do that with the stock ECU. So...you can try raising the idle speed a little, I know that...
So anyway, take all the bolts back out excluding the ones that snapped, and pull the valve cover off. Part of the snapped ones may be sticking out enough for you to use a vise grip to screw them out??? If they are flushed...
Cool project :) I remember exchanging e-mail with you a while back about the MoTeC. I didn't know what a CAN bus was back then :D
Those nylon bushings. I can't believe it's been 5 years!! I have mine still in the original box.

No worries, Sean. Thanks guys. This is not my final numbers, lol. I plan to run up to 35 psi. I also have a weldon pump that I just didn't install. I wanted to find out if the SX (same pump I ran when I had the 7m) will do. Ron
Here's my best dyno run so far. SX fuel pump max'ed out @ 19 psi. This run is on C16@19psi. Made 650RWHP. On pump, it made 600 something, also at 19psi.
Enjoy this one for now :)
