***Centralia Spring Meet & Greet - May 3rd***

I told you guys already, the Mustang wheels (16x7.5") were far too wide! I just can't see why all you guys have to have those big fat expensive rims and tires!:aigo: I did alot of searching, and finally came up with some 16x6", with a 55mm offset!:icon_razz Wait untill you see em'! The're...

Other Post 89 Motor Mount Options.

^^^ No way!!!? Three of them huh? No trimming down of one? Be honest though, drilling the hole through them had to be a bitch! (?) And, probably smelled pretty bad too!:biglaugh: Curious also on how the vibration is inside the car.

    My new TT wheels

Oh geez!...stock 91/92 5-spokes...16x7, 44mm offset. MkIV TT wheels...f/17x8, 50mm, r/17x9.5, 50mm. Note: I wonder if this is the 'most asked' question ever in Supramania history?!:biglaugh:

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

Rim size and offset should be stamped somewhere on inside of the wheel (most of the time on the spokes) Measuring with a tape measure is not accurate. I don't think they made the rim you have in 10", or 11" (?)

Power Steering Pump Acting up, Looking for answers

Mine was doing this also. Found a small leak at the outlet line,(fitting was loose) that was re-introducing air into the system everytime I shut down the car, and let it cool off. Everythings tight now, but I haven't really driven anywhere yet, so it is still making some noise.

must read. scam about jiffy lube

Not surprised at all. Have you seen some of the people types they hire?! At our local JL, they all look like criminals!

Thoughts on your auto to 5 speed swap?

Definately one of the better things I've done to my car (thanks Bill/Duane/Don!):icon_bigg Car is alot funner to drive, and has a "edgier' sports car feel to it. Unless you want a pure drag race car above 800whp, there is no reason to stay auto!:nono:

***Centralia Spring Meet & Greet - May 3rd***

Well, for us Tacoma area guys, it was just off 56th and I-5. I think the Oly/Tumwater folks met up at exit 102(?) small truck stop there, and a good downhill ramp to wait off to the side. Hell, if you want some extra seat time, and feel like wasting some more cheap gas:aigo::icon_mad: just meet...

I might show up, if my head gasket issue doesn't rear it's ugly head again:aigo: oh wait...that was that old 7M I used to have! Me thinks there's something new, underneath me bonnet!!!:biglaugh: See everyone there!:icon_bigg Meeting point for southenders will be the same as last year, yes?

    Anyone have an extra hood?

Burgundy??? When did you buy a 91/92?:icon_razz Don't you mean "maroon"?!:sarcasm: Shouldn't be too hard to find one off an old 'clunker' 87/88 N/A:biglaugh:...wit teh ::bhg::

    Fuel pressure

Thanks! That just happens to be right where I'm at. motor has a 'flat' spot in the throttle from the dig, till about 5000rpm (in 1st gear) After the shift to second, it almost immediately smooths out ,and pulls pretty hard all the way to the (7000rpm):naughty: redline...gotta' love the...

    Fuel pressure

I already did a 'search', and came up with nada! What should the fuel pressure be for a stock 1JZ, w/ a Walbro, Driftmotions' custom (fuel) line, and an Aeromotive variable FPR. Car has a Y-pipe and downpipe, and 3" exhaust, and thats it! Not even a boost controller (yet!) Seems to still be rich...

RSR GTII Exhaust under car clearence? Blitz Nur too

Blitz Nur tucks well at the rear, but as with any 3" exhaust on a MkIII, your main area of concern is where it passes by the diff. It's like most of the others, not quite as tucked as it could be. If you are willing to cut and re-weld some hangers, you could get it really tight to the...

Upgraded front brakes 300 zx calipers.

I know a local EVO crazy, who took off his Brembo's to drop down to the drag Wilwoods. I'll see if I can get him to give me some caliper mounting dimensions before he sells them.

    Tanabe or blitz?

The Blitz is definately loud! Silencer makes it more tolerable, but looks stupid!:icon_razz Plus, it has a tendency to vibrate loose, and go bouncing down the highway! (Ask me how I know!) I think the Tanabe has a very nice sound when the wastegate/s is/are open, and is quiet when you need...

    Good bye sawblades hello style!!

Those IS rims would look really good Matte black (powdercoat) and then lower the car down to the tops of the tires. But those Fiske's...WOW! Those will hit you hard in the wallet though! Note: Fiske's are made here in Washington State (Home of some of the Big Baller MkIII's!!!):biglaugh:
