The engine main harness have problems around the #6 intake runner. Sometimes you can push and pull gently on harness and the problem goes away for a short bit. If so you have narrowed down your problem. Supraguy said the same thing. This is where I would look first.

I don't see how "cylinder head cover #3" could cause oil to enter combustion chamber. I guess if spark plugs are loose and lets oil leak into cylinder at night instead of filling up the "valley" IMO

That "popping off the guide" Is why I suggest a light tap or two after you push them on. With very light 8oz. hammer. Make sure you lube up the seal were it rides on the valves. IMO.

Would the kit be the brackets needed and then a parts list? Or like a complete kit that you would supply brackets , rotors and calipers?

Seems expensive to me as well. Why replace valve guides. Usually very little wear with Toyota valve guides. If they take the correct amount off valve face and stem you might need a few shims. IMO good luck. I would ask about why you need guides replaced. I hope they are using OEM valve...

I would have a hard time dealing with the spoiler. The seat covers and dash covers are covering up something. He drives right over top of a parking curb? Looks like car started of as a NA car. I doubt that someone would take off the rear spoiler and fill and paint the holes to do it. IMO
