Looks good! That's how I routed my IC piping as well. You can remove the battery tray pretty easily, just drill/grind off the spot welds and then tug at it. You may have to use a dremel + cutoff wheel as well. If you position the battery just right, you can still fit your targa in the hatch...
Didn't sound sarcastic to me. :dunno:
Sheesh, seems like these EGR/CC threads always turn contentious without fail nowadays. It's understandable if the OP were not listening to sound advice (yes I agree, there are a lot of the past threads like this...), but I don't get that impression here...
Installed my 660cc RC injectors:
New fused power distribution block with a voltage readout.
I haven't received the fuses in the mail yet, so for now I've just clamped 4 AWG wire in there to get it started. Which brings me to my next point...it started up today on the Maft Pro...
Looks like you have great spool and it's pulling very smooth! Is the 2 degrees BTDC an E85 thing? Or is that purely a safety measure like you mentioned?
Nope, it's an AEM extension harness spliced into by yours truly. :)
Maybe that's the same one DrTweak uses? I've never seen one of his.

It's a good place because you shouldn't need to mess with it...
Love the discussions here so far! I've been reading my way through a couple turbocharging/EFI tuning books and everything you guys have said has matched what is in the text. Light load (cruise) lean mixtures are fine, but will produce more NOx emissions. Rich mixtures will produce more...
It's sitting on the passenger floor right now... ;).
More seriously, it's going to sit in the glovebox with enough slack in the wires to pull out and adjust if necessary.
+1. Or carb cleaner. Spray a bit in the reservoir, put the cap on, cover the inlet/outlet and shake it for a while. Rinse, repeat. I got mine pretty darn clean that way. Even got 20 year old sludge off the sides! (Don't think it was changed often enough in its past life :nono:)
Only for aesthetics ;). NA valve covers don't have the "dip" where the GTE coil packs go, and have less holes/studs for the stock throttle linkage. I also noticed they were painted a slightly brighter color too.
Sounds exactly like my setup now (but with 18s). They are 18x9.5 +31 in the rear w/ 275/35 tires and I don't think they would clear without a little negative camber. This is the best shot I can find right now:
I know this may not be the most popular style for MKIII Supras, but in my opinion it looks the best on our cars. I'm looking for pictures of your Supra (or others) with meaty tires that are not stretched. Any Supra with aftermarket wheels and at least a straight sidewall--if not more--qualifies...
57 trim installed!
Solenoid for Apexi AVC-R mounted right by the wastegate actuator for the shortest vacuum hose length:
GM and AVC-R MAP sensors mounted to the firewall right behind the intake manifold:
Engine bay in its current state:
And a wiring MESS...
My old and tired CT26 was sent to driftmotion for a refresh and 57 trim upgrade. Looks great! :naughty:
Some before and after shots (I'm sure you can tell which are before and which are after :p):
