    Hit the mid-life crisis

Yep! I probably would've trashed the car being 22 years old with a new supra. I'm just proud I got the chance to experience a BRAND NEW supra, even if it was just for 30 minutes. Those bump stops for your hatch are still available from Toyota. Use either Champion Toyota or Elhurst as you can...

    My 1991 Jay Blue Supra

That's good to know. BUT, I'll probably still pull it and go ahead and reseal everything, and replace the headgasket. That way I won't have to worry about those seals later. Besides, when it's out I can clean the engine bay real good. My plan is to make it for at least one day. Yeah...

    My 1991 Jay Blue Supra

Well I wish it were that simple. Front/Rear main seals, valve cover gaskets and around the oil pan. I had the oil changed at Durant Toyota and asked them to source all the leaks.

    My 1991 Jay Blue Supra

I know I know but I feel like I just did this...oh wait...I did and then sold it. :icon_roll Thanks Nick. It's not my daily but easily could be. My goal is to be able to get in it and drive when ever I want and to not have to keep the hood up all the time. Yours is looking good too...

    Bluechulappa's 89Turbo restoration

Yes it is related. I least I'm pretty sure they are. I've never seen them come on unless the a/c was on. Yeah, check all the fuses.

    My 1991 Jay Blue Supra

Today I finally got around to going to the title office to get it transferred into my name and they said I'd have to go get it inspected w/emissions testing in order for them to accept it. So went and got it inspected with high anxiety. It is, after all, a supra ya know.:icon_razz And with...

My 1986.5 Supra build up thread

Nice wheels. Better than the backwards sawblades!:icon_razz Are they back on the Supra now or still on the Lexus? BTW, good job on picking up an inexpensive Lexus. I would very much like an LS400 as a daily but I do actually use my truck sometimes.

November 1st and 2nd are important dates: Austin Hill Country Sprints/Cruise 08'

2jz with US twins vs stock 7m leaking out every orifice and w/bad carrier bearing.... hmmmmm.... Don't knock his auto if you've never ridden in it. It's almost scarry. Truly a badass car! But yeah, he is old. :icon_razz
