w58 trans wont like the turbo engine. It bolts up fine, but the turbo engine just over powers the trans eventually.

The only way I see you painting your IC and it becoming a problem, is if you paint it with house paint and LAYER it on. Then tea, it could possibly cause some issues. But I doubt you did that. So yes, you could paint the ic and be perfectly fine,

Grim, the back 2 Head bolts are a pain in the ass to remove. And then, you cant really get the head off with ease either. And If the engine is studded, then he cant get the head off at all with it sitting on the mounts. Bc the head will hit the lip on the firewall......ask me how I know. haha
