Faces to Names 2: The Reckoning

Perhaps we need to resurrect the idea of doing a female-supra-owners calendar.. I heard a rumor that there used to be one ? Or it failed ? Not enough owners? Things change.. :naughty:

S'ok, feel free to post an indecent pic. I want to know what someone who calls themself "poodles" looks like. Please don't take offense, you know your sups!;)

Same shirt, different sup. Now for IJ, I posed topless. But only for him. That australian accent is just killer :naughty:

Steering pulls to the right (Resolved 11/08)

Oh, I know, and I told them that. But its obvious the camber is different between the rear tires. I'd like to get them matched so the tires wear at the same rate. Eventually, I would like to get the whole suspension corrected. I think its worth the trouble and $$. So after this failed...

Steering pulls to the right (Resolved 11/08)

Gosh, wish we had an alignment nazi. I took my car back to the place that did the front end alignment. They were nice enough to tell me my tires were too worn for an alignment. Now I have new tires, and I realized I failed to ask for a 4 wheel alignment. Rear camber is off, noticeable difference...

Well, since the ladies are posting pics, here's a very recent one of me with my freshly painted 90t: And another pic with my old 91t: Eck! There's alot of bugs on the bumper. What a difference year makes.

Steering pulls to the right (Resolved 11/08)

WELCOME TO THE CLUB!! Its a bit crowded, but come on in! We always welcome new members. All you need is a credit card. And we know you already have a jack! My car goes in tuesday for a new tranny seal, new high-pressure PS hose, and new brake master cylinder. Oh, and there's a new thunk in...

Any other car seats bolt in a mkIII?

The anchor as far as the one on the seat itself? Not trying to hi-jack the thread, but this leads to my next question. How does one know if their 18 yr old seat belts will work properly in an accident? Is there an aftermarket alternative? Especially since my airbag is disconnected, I would...

Any other car seats bolt in a mkIII?

I'm confused - did one type of integra seat bolt in better than the other? From your two posts, sounded like one seat missed the inner rear and the other matched perfect.. ? I'm very interested in doing something like this because the rails on my drivers seat are worn and the seat has a...

possibilty of returning to the dark side....

Its a joke - I've always considered an MKIII owner that buys an MKIV one who has turned to the "dark side". I've seen it happen! :3d_frown:

I heard that the celica seats would work, but I don't know which years.

Another MkIII falls due to Stupidity

Have you taken your sup to the track yet? Was curious what your quarter miles ran.. What did you say your fuel economy was? :sarcasm:

    Ohio road trip pics!!

My car would be even quieter if the stock cat wasn't making a racket. Trying to get the exhaust replaced this fall, keep running into other issues. Even with a 3" setup, I'm shooting for as quiet as possible. My 87NA stock was even quieter. You could not tell the car was idling.

    Ohio road trip pics!!

Wow, you earned a 16-boob salute ;) That would not be my first guess for STD... :sarcasm: Great pics! Love the shot of the car on the country road, right below the covered bridge one. That shot should be submitted for the next supra calendar. Also liked the pic of the car with downtown...

Buying a budget tire, anyone tried these? (I picked/purchased already, thanks guys)

You drove your sup in the snow with them? Sounds like a death-wish to me..

Buying a budget tire, anyone tried these? (I picked/purchased already, thanks guys)

Actually, I checked Kumho's website (the only way to verify) and they are still listed. Perhaps my supplier was going to no longer carry them, thus the "discontinued" comment. So far, I would buy them again, so I'm not complaining. Scary video on tire dates...

    LSD (differential!)questions.

I asked my mechanic which rear diff my auto had, and he did a simple test. While the car was in the air, he spun the rear tire slowly one time. He told me to count how many times the rear axle (right term here?) rotated. Just so happened to be 3 and 3/4 turns. Thus, your 3.73 ratio explained...

    targa,ht,sr

I've had 1 hardtop, 1 sunroof, and 2 targas. Targa wins! They add resale value. They do take a bit of practice to remove and install quickly. And if it starts raining, your best bet is to drive faster ;) AND, most importantly, much easier to flirt when your top is off :naughty: <next, a...
