Pictures look good, but not as good as that car! How did you get those front turn signals so slear? Are they new?

    Need help setting Throttle Position

Thanks! Being that most new problems are caused by something we did, I assumed it would either be related to throttle position or TPS. I will have to get a battery for my multimeter, and recheck that before I put this thing back on.

    Need help setting Throttle Position

I have fought the idle on my car for a long time. I did recently have it idling correctly, but that only happened for a few days, and now it has reverted to idling high again. I just took my throttle body off, and decided that I needed to be absolutly sure that it is fully closed. Nothing I can...

    Radio screws

I call them Supra screws. Little black screws that are all over the car. There are a couple of different sizes, you need the smaller ones. I have hundreds of them in each size

    boost leak tester

I'll answer the First with........Think about it a little! Your intake is introduced to the motor through the same spot. If it were easy for that air to go to waste, how would your car ever be able to match your air with fuel? Your turbo inlet directs the air straight to the intercooler before...

Intercooler Install.. Hood Latch Support Bracket

This was on my car whem I got it. I'm not sure what intercooler he used it with, but it was a 700hp car, so probably a good sized one.

Front airbag sensor stock location ???

It bolts to the sidewall straight above the wheel. It goes under the top piece where the fender bolts on. You need to remove the inner fender to access that area. That's probably why the PO taped it in place. It is said that our air bags are probably too old to still be good. Just a few years...

    Disassembling door mirrors?

Just take your thumb and tilt your mirror, so that the side of the hive is more accessible. Stick a screwdriver and knock it out.

to paint or not? want to sell...

In my opinion, a partial paint looks half assed, and the car deserves better. Maacco is garbage, and the car deserves better. a full paint job is what it deserves, but you probably can't make up that much in your sales price. Being a 91 though, maybe you can, but not likely. I'd leave it for the...

    Rest in peace, Carroll Shelby.

And a part of ME just died along with him! We'll never have another so brilliant mind in the auto industry

passenger side window wont go up

If you hear the motor working when you press the switch, it's not the switch! Sounds like you need to tear that motor out. Once out, you can pull the cover off of the motor, and probably see a few teeth missing on the plastic gear.

    87 mk3 completely dead :/

Being that you have been messing with the battery a bit, are you sure the small wire coming off your negative cable to the body is still hooked up?

can you tell me what part is making this noise ( video provided)

That video, with the motor not running, makes it look like it's just tires struggling to turn on the carport floor without the help of power steering. Maybe a better video would help us, after you install the new parts, if it's still a problem.

    engine hoist hooks!

It's a hooked piece of metal with probably 2 bolt holes in it. You may need to widen or even cut a new hole, but one should line up OK at least. They may hook in different directions though. If you can't make them work, PM me, I have some from a 7M.
