Are your outputs set correctly? I know you say it's PNP, but it might be worth double checking that the AEM is trying to send the output to the correct pins.

If you still need a throttle cable, look up Lokar parts. I've got one on my car with my forward facing intake manifold, its a nice quality piece and is available in various lengths. You can cut it down to the perfect length for your application. Not super cheap, but they look nice too...

Just to make sure, when you put the DH61 ignitor in, did you change your AEM settings as per the instructions? I'd look at your map but I don't have the software installed right now. Another possible gremlin is the CPS. Sometimes if the air gap isn't set properly, or if its leaking oil, it can...
