sometimes an EMS is the right tool for the job and other times, the user in question should not be allowed within 1 mile from a car with an EMS. So what makes you think that adjusting timimg and fueling is a user adjustment?
so lets say you do this, are you prepared to lose power on the lower RPM because of the "bigger" mentality you are taking?
Custom modification of the toyota tccs, umm how exactly are you going to do that?
A bigger tb whether by a single or multiple tb's, will actually give poor low...
what type of engine? Reason I am asking is that the 7m based motors are non-interference. So I am curious how you bent a valve and broke two valve springs?

Disagree all you want. You nor anyone else is going to defy fluid mechanics. Additional horses on a smaller diameter tb, not if the flow is already approaching sonic flow. ;)
better throttle response based on what fact? throttle response along with where in the rpm range the power is...
and what pray tell do you think a 2 step does? kill the fuel or ignition on most boxes? On a standalone like a MoTeC, I can kill either or both. the bee-R limiter just kill ignition, care to take a guess what happens to all that fuel that is still being pumped out? not only is the ignition...
heat
think about it this way. there is enough energy in each cylinder to move our fat ass cars. when that heat is not focus on pushing the pistons down, the EGT in the manifold climb to 1800+ degree with most aggressive ALS banging out 2000+ degree F. not good for the turbo or most metals.
vacuum
check cam overlap. on our turbo cars you should ZERO overlap on each of the exhaust to intake stroke. Yes that means deviating from cam cards.
that surgin,. what happens when you completly block off the IAC from the picture? technically that surging should stop.

The circular connector is definetly not a Deustch Autosport connector but judging by the color either ITT or Cannon. Great plugs and I see a threaded colar on the male end. In case you ever want to EMP/EMI/nuclear harden the harness. :)

if you do use thing "thing" to build boost while at a stop. Are you also prepared to make the turbo a throw away part because you will shorten the turbos life conciderably.
