if your "gauge" is showing low vacuum, then you have low vacuum or a dud gauge. The real question is the MAP sensor matching the gauge? If it is matching the gauge, then you hve a vacuum leak.
Non-anodized aluminum will work. The gasoline in E85 is the "lubricant" and works well as an inhibitor.
If it was E98.. then anodizing would be a must. E85 = at users discretion.

garrett turbos are Mitsubishi Heavy Industry turbos. The bracket will work and probably the actuator also. Check the ATP turbo site to see if they sell a lower pressure actuator for MHI or IHI (Isuzu Heavy Industries) turbos.
polishing gains nothing.
Coating at least attempts to maintain the heat in the gas instead of letting it easily transfer to the aluminum pistons. So a gain of thermal efficency. How much? No objective numbers measured.

it is a digital frequency based signal with frequency tied to ethanol % and the pulse width of the signal tied to temprature of the fuel. Unless the EMS in question can read the digital signal, the EMS...
As you mentioned, as close to the TB will be the ideal placements.
Personally, you still have room. IAT on the fender side and BOV and meth nozzle on the engine side inbetween the BOV and the TB. Now I would be cautious with the BOV venting the meth mist as anything that can light up gasoline...
geezes, where was this?? 4 years ago already. :o
Before anyone says anything about the hoses. I mentioned rubber in all the hoses for a reason. Rubber will not survive. Most new hoses are a synthetic mix that will survive. :) Wow look at all the pretty pictures inside the Word Document...
