52 is knock sensor. Which would cause the 3k and no full boost.
But kinda sounds like ou lost the ground for the shielded wires for the cow and knock sensors. Possibly go damaged when removing or installing the harness for the engine swap.

You don't judge oil by its color. When the additive pack breaks down it turns black.
Can send a oil sample to black stone labritories to find out the health of the engine.
Or just change the oil.
The head port inline with the spark plugs typically goes to the heater valve on passenger side and then to heater core inlet on passenger side.
The drivers side heater core inlet goes to the drivers side of the head underneath where the egr would be.
That's not as much of an issue. You would have to measure the resistance of the injectors. Generally you would want 12-16ohm for the injectors without a resistor pack.
Bigger issue would be using 840cc injectors on stock Ecu.
Switch to a standalone, bypass the resistor, and tune the car.
With stock cams really no point. Not really how it works either. Came are designed to work in operating ranges there machined for. The low end torque on the 7m is already pretty good.
