Most good digital multimeters have a diode test feature. The diode needs to be taken out of the circuit for testing. You can't tell if a diode is good with an ohm test alone.

The ecu can't make one secondary of one coil have a problem. Bad coil or bad spark plug wire or bad plug, maybe. Or you have a bad diode.

Look on the thread in SUpraforums, we are not the only ones who had big problems with PTE from ebay. We flow tested them and they were all waaaaay off, from 350cc up to 530cc, but not one was 550cc!

The biggest problem is obvious, look at the material used for the diaphram. The copy is using the same type of material used in blow off valves. That's what causes the cheap fpr's to leak. They all do sooner then later. I have no problem with copy bov's or wastegates, but I refuse to sell or use...
