    Project: CNC Machined thermostat housing

You guys.... no just me, some jackass decided to flake on me. That was reason number 1 out of about 5 why the housing wasn't made in a 3 axis cnc. It's also why it took me about 7 hours instead of a couple. but anyway, here some pics of the initial test fit on rennat's supra.

    Project: CNC Machined thermostat housing

it's already 1/4 of an inch furthur out than the stock outlet. I'm hoping this will be enough to clear the timing cover for removal. Plus if I moved it up it would cause some blending issues that would require more machining time to clean up. The way it is, it's a very simplw part to machine...

it would be way less work or money to adapt the mtx75 out of a focus. They've already been proven to withstand 500hp with very little work. either that or grab the running gear out of one of the rare mazda323 awd turbo cars.

    Project: CNC Machined thermostat housing

I'm going to do them bare just for the reason of people will want their own coatings, and not what's best. As for clearing the cover. it should, and if it dosen't. It will. I just got done talking to the shop and he said he'll have some pricing for me in the next day or so. I thought he was...
