I'm with doward on this one. I was in a accident last jan. and the damage was pretty close to being the same. they didn't total me out, and I got about 5k out of the situation free and clear. My damages cost about 2400$ BTW so I ended up with about $3600 in my pocket.

I didn't endanger anyone's life other than my own thank you. It was an empty stretch of I5 at 3am and that was the ONLY reason why i was driving that fast.

OWWW...... My 110 in a 55 was pretty bad too. $550 later for the fine and $1200 to get the car out of impound after a 30 day.

absolutely do not use a colder thermistat. It will only make your overheating problems worse.
