MAFT-Pro Tuning Thread Unofficial and Uncensored

Doesn't AFR tracking affect the ranges such as Hi/Mid/Lo Tuning? If I turn it off won't I lose this feature, or will the Pro maintain the AFR's as necessary through another built in feature? Isn't the whole point of this thing to maintain a safe AFR through all RPM loads, so therefore shouldn't...

MAFT-Pro Tuning Thread Unofficial and Uncensored

In another MAFT Pro thread you (turbobob)told brn2drv to turn off the AFR and PT Tracking. Were you just asking him to do that to troubleshoot or should we have them both turned off all the time? I already have PT Tracking off and that seemed to help my idle surging issue pretty well...

So, should I be using the VE#1 instead??? I don't have any special cams. NVM, I guess after re-reading your response, I should stay with VE#2.

MAFT-Pro Tuning Thread Unofficial and Uncensored

I've been using VE Table #2 and I see most people are using VE#1. I read somewhere that if your idle vacuum is around 20" then that is what I should be using (#2). I just wanted to confirm this since I am having the car tuned this weekend and wanted to clear up this question. What is the...

    Idle Problems.

What kind of throttle body do you have on that. Maybe you need to adjust your TPS. It does sound like ignition related but I would rule out the TPS first since that could throw off your idle big time.

500 RWHP Maft pro, A340E daily driver dyno run...wooo hooo!

Wow Ken, awesome job. I guess you are eligible to go on the GTE Power site now !!! What do you think is the single most important upgrade you did to attain such high numbers. I noticed your turbo is pretty awesome and the FFIM is likely to add a few horses.

    My MAFT-PRO THREAD!

The AEM UEGO has four wires other than the plug from the O2 sensor. 1. Red: 12V Power 2. Black: Chassis Ground 3. White: 0-5V Output 4. Blue: Serial Output So AEM Black goes to Pro Purple and the AEM White goes to Pro Orange which is what I have right now, except the AEM Black is also going...
