    Measure how deep the hole is, you'll need an M12x1.25 kit, it'll be 2d or a combination of 2x 2d and a 1d coil d being bolt diameter, whatever it takes to get full engagement on the stud.

    Erik, you have a proportioning valve in the system now it's just biased for the Stock Callipers, if you workout the Piston area front to rear this will give you a ratio that the stock valve works in, to return the car to "normal" bias you need to increase the rear piston area by the same amount...

    Yes it does go Neg at full droop, this was why I short stroked the Koni's I used on my Mk3, but it's a moot point as to be fully extended you're not actually driving you're Hovering ;)

    DEI do a heat shield that has Velcro fastner, easy to fit and effective if you're still concerned.

    As I said earlier drop NoseChunks a PM and ask him how long his lasted before it failed, 180f+ Oil is a very different environment to Fuel, can't see the line lasting 5 years submersed in fuel, mine looked like Balloon animals after a year so I changed to the correct submersible hose.

    The cooling system in most Mk3's is already at it's limit or marginal as is, can't see piling more load on it as a good thing.

    Can and has been done, you quickly run out of room in that area though and I find the Oil comes up to temp fast enough running a T Stat.
