If you don't plan to power any of the speakers, most aftermarket speakers have a come a long way and will be a great upgrade. I've used alpine type s on my own car (4" front and 5 1/4" rear on my 88) and it was great. i only had an amp for my 12" subwoofer and it was a huge upgrade over stock no...
unless you have a fab shop & skills then it would be a good base to customise your own without needing to cast it from scratch. but it def. needs modifications and do you trust the cheap alloys? I've gotten lucky with a one off x-pipe/downpipe but even that needed a go over before it was perfect.
bumping an old thread to see if anyone found any decent upgrades?
I want to find a large tow-hook for the rear that sticks out past hiro rear lip, as right now a tow strap would probably split in half
I have the factory one upfront for my tt-r. it physically is welded onto the bottom of the...
I search auctions and have an importer bring it over for me, I just bought a hiro spoiler and east bear aero mirrors :D
although places like rhdjapan can get you anything brand new if you have a part # and it's still in production
anything is possible if you know someone who can fab or your able to fabricate anything up yourself. This would be out of the question for me. I think switching from a Y-pipe to an X-pipe was a big enough upgrade with minimal work, improves the heat dissipated increasing longevity and of course...
why? it's the only restrictive part of twins, and you have to pull the twins off to rebuild them... it's easier to take the downpipe off well you do it there fore making it no more work to switch the pipe out. I could see where he's going with the manifold to the block switched being more work...
2jzgte map sensor reads the same for 1jz, will bolt right back into where you took it off the firewall. you can buy it new
on a side note: I might have a used one I'll check, pm your postal code if your interested.
I've had worse luck with fitment of carbon fibre. I ordered aero from shine auto and only 1 sideskirt had to be modified to look cosmetically better, the front lip and my hiro rear(from another aero supplier) we're all perfect fits FRP. I ordered a gold weave VIS racing hood with the factory...
I like how you stuck to the pre face-lift front bumper, I actually really like the kaminari front bumpers that style as well.
I almost thought you plasti-dipped your car: http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?512575-CLEAN-MKIII-s...-post-pix-here/page262

that's a fucking sick build! barely one comments on my authentic jza70 I could see why your fd got ignored lol
This deserves a bump! puts my MKIII's engine bay to shame
hahahha, I was reminiscing on my younger days... truth be told I bought a 5$ best hits cd at hmv to put my subwoofer to good use.
it's not a bmw (maybe the do-luck aero mirrors throw ya off)

I seen an ebay seller who replicated the regulus header in both cf and frp. I was hoping it was him so I would know I was buying from a reputable seller.
Era I seen you found yourself some bomex aero mirrors, nice! I just ordered some East Bear's since I couldn't source ganadors overseas :( I did find a hiro wing though!
Heres some pictures of the car this summer after I got it painted. But some changes are to come soon, do you guys think a...

Bump:
HKS era specific gauges with an Innovate wideband to install reserving for update pictures on top of third page.
