sometimes my dashpot on my TB doesn't go all the way down and sometimes keeps the TPS voltage not at zero. i see that some have vacuum lines on them. are they supposed to be hooked up to a vacuum source?

this started happening yesterday out of the blue. as i'm sure most of you know, my motor is built and the tranny is rebuilt. i have a ACT 6 puck unsprung clutch with the heavy duty pressure plate. i also have a fidanza flywheel. i have almost 4000 miles on the motor, tranny, and clutch now...
i know this may sound dumb but, are the TIAL bov's recirculated? just by looking at them, i can't really tell. i'm still running the afm, so i had to recirculate my Greddy RS bov.
