RPS Clutch hub spring popping off

Ugh so you're using the thrust bearing destroyer. Honestly, that pressure plate is nothing but trouble. Outside of that, the clips may have been installed wrong (i.e. stretched too far)

How many people run an air filter on their BOV?

There is generally always pressure in the pipes. I know why you did that to yours since they were mounted pretty low, plus you wanted to shut them up :) - Tial doesn't (or shouldn't) - Precision I dunno about. - Synapse will if it's not correctly adjusted.

RPS Clutch hub spring popping off

Sounds like either the clutch hub is incorrectly assembled, or it's worn out from being incorrectly assembled. This is how it should be assembled:

Airflow at X psi elevation difference?

Wastegates by themselves use spring pressure. Manual boost controllers do as well. Electronic boost controllers on the other hand do not. A lot of modern vehicles have electronic boost controllers built into the ECU as well. What I'm trying to say is that a normal wastegate won't be affected...

Except you're ignoring why they went with a 2 piece in the first place. Which do you think would have been cheaper?

    ideas for better gas mileage

It's not what you drive, it's how you drive it :) I'm assuming it's auto, which setting are you running the tranny in? Toyotas usually have a switch for more aggressive transmission shifting that's great for power....bad for gas milage.

    Looking for a paint shop

Keep in mind that colors are different prices as well. Depends a lot on what color you want done, single or dual stage, etc... Honestly, national chains are probably where I would go since they have a warranty. If you do a local guy, you won't get that. Not saying that a small shop won't do...

Most of that $5k would be prep and bodywork. If you do that yourself, it's far cheaper. Good paint isn't cheap though.

BCL GT wings for MKIII interest thread.

I think their universal one will fit of you want to use it. Looks ok on a race car, if a little too high (not like that can't be changed) Rear wing + FWD = does not compute Those look terrible... Hell, the second one isn't even at an angle of attack that would do anything. Real wing...
