anyone have any idea where i'd start with that? or have a map in particular they used and I can work with to start as a base?
I wasn't sure if I should be using a 7m base map or a 2j one, it's driving me nuts haha.
Hey guys if I were setting up a new ecu or piggyback and I have a 2j running on 7m electronics should I use a 7m base map? anything I should change? thinking of redoing my tune from scratch and just needed to know if that was the correct base map to use. I am running a maft pro currently but...
hey guys I have a maft pro running in speed density mode and I noticed my a/f ratio bounces between 15.2 and 13.8 at idle. it usually hangs in the 14 range but it seems odd that it bounces like that. Any idea what it could be?
video attached. the numbers listed are the extremes i've seen it...
oh yeah I would without a doubt. I don't know if you guys have seen my previous posts but I sold my car and had to repo it back due to lack of payment. I have yet to pick it up from the repo place yet but when I do i'm putting brand new tires on it and then i'll check out the subframe. if it is...
It just got inspected and they put it in the air for the inspection so I feel like they would have caught it but if not how would I go about fixing it? Just brace and have new additional support welded in?
I do feel twisting as I hammer it but that's always been my experience with fairly powerful cars. Even my buddies Cummins does it when we step on it. But the car has no rust so what would cause it to crack if that is it?
i'm pushing around 400whp currently (could possibly be more) and I haven't raised my boost any higher than 10 psi because my rear end can't seem to handle it. she's getting new tires when it gets home but any time I push more than around ten psi I just spin tire and it yanks my rear to left...
that being 80 per seat? that's still 160 pounds or almost 2/10 of a second. They're right in the sense that it's not going to make a huge difference.
and to the guy who mentioned an rx7 my previous car was an 84 GSL-SE, lightweight blast of a car to drive but without boost in a first gen it's...
I'll more than likely have to replace quite a bit, they found a bunch of other stolen cars registration cards stashed in the car so I'm not the first person he tried this on.
The car has been recovered but they scraped it and ive yet to see it. I guess he said the intercooler piping was scraping off the ground so ill need new piping I suppose. I told them not to turn the engine over until I can get to it and check over the damage. They have a locksmith coming in on...
I called a repo company who asked me to fax over my proof and said they'd be happy to go get it once I did. We arranged for them to hold it over there and they will have a lock smith get the key code and make new keys for me as well. I'll let you guys know how it goes. The Toyota dealership...
How would I go about getting around this? My key kinda already came out freely while it ran so it didn't hold well. Any way to get another key made from the dealership these days?
Hey guys I have to basically repo my supra as a guy was going to buy it and is attempting to screw me on it. Is there a theft detterent system in my 87? It has a 2jz running on 7m electronics that's why I'm asking here. And yes the titles in my name before anyone asks.
He has both copies of my...
I was told around -40 on the main scale. Mine is sitting at 0 is that normal? and I have a 2j swap with a piggyback so thats why I was asking. The 7m ecu fights with the maft pro from time to time. I know 870's are a pretty big jump.
Hey guys if I install larger injectors and I'm running in spees density mode with a 14.7 air/fuel set will it auto adjust for me with the bigger injectors upon installation or will I have to adjust the main scale? Anything else to adjust? Got 870cc injectors. Can't find this in my manual
I wouldn't call her such a project but yes I have a 57 trim ct26 on my 2jz, its very odd. Anyone have a rough estimate on what its capable of with a 2jz?
