Just from what I read, I suggest you find $230 somehow, I'm not sure if that's within your limits, but try what you can, just to get the car back asap before it racks up to a higher amount.
The second thing I remember reading was that your contract said you were required 24-hour notice. If so then you need to take that up with management and let them know you require a reimbursement for the fees and if not, then visit the police station and explain it to them. The basics of it is the tow truck company cannot remove a vehicle from private property unless the complex authorizes it, and if the 24-hour notice is required by them then they cannot authorize it.
Of course be aware that when you get the car back the tags are gonna have to be updated, work something out with the complex and let them know when you will be updating it, i.e. Friday, Next weekend, This wednesday, I don't know what your schedule is like and what day you will be free to do it.
This is my advice, good luck, don't let your supra go for an insignificant amount, if you love supras like many of us on the forum do, you will definitely regret it.
