Working Out...

heh workout, i've been on a workout schedule for past week,

so far i have ran the mile every day for a week, if you can run two do it i did and it burns allot.

i go swimming every day i can so far its just 5 days a week.

play basketball and raquetball, if you play raquetball with abusive friends that just hit it as hard as they can so it can hit you , you WILL get a better workout and some welts.

to burn fat and get lean do lots of cardio with water.

to tone up, do aerobics that strain your muscles and eat lots of protein and egg whites.

im doing both, kind of going for the brad pitt fight club look and all i need is the abs.

i'm a 5'9'' at 135 so im just plain thin i'm just going for tone and endurance.

want to burn fat and build muscle or tone up? weight train... you will burn fat and build muscle....

So if someone plays lots of tennis and does aerobics and jogs and all that other cardio, they won't burn fat? If they do that for a certain period of time and consume less calories than they burn, they will burn fat...at least that is what I always thought.


You burn fat by burning more calories than you consume, basically.
Be aware of how how many calories you are consuming. Get an idea of how many calories you are burning a day with the workout included in the equation. It is not really rocket science. Lots of links on the web you can research as well.

no theyll burn fat...BUT they will burn a lot of muscle also....

the problem is people are usually looking at a NUMBER rather then what they actually look like... to determine if they are overweight underweight etc....

i got a work out that i do at home that i thought would be worth sharing. it's a progressive work out, all you need is a pull up bar and some space. start with one pull up, then do two push ups, then three curl ups. then you multiply everything by two so its 2 pull ups, 4 push ups, 6 curl ups. then multiply by 3(3 pull, 6 push, 9 curl) and so on. you go all the way to 6 like that(6 pull,10 push,18 curl). when you do that then you go back down to one. that gets you the bruce lee body. dont take alotta time ether, like 15 min.

so any ideas how i could gain o i dont know 50lbs.?
id like to hit at least the 210 mark, soon im 6' 5" for godsake.
someone send me ur fat. :)

Get married. I was 150 when I got married. I'm about 190 now.
I wanna get back down to between 150 and 170, but I dunno if it'll happen.

i need to start losing weight...

my cousin who is the same age i am, the same wieght..the same hieght..

just dropped dead of a heart attack sunday.


time to take control of my body again..i can't go out this young.

ok, folks. this what you need to do.

get your ass up in the morning, drink a little water to rehydrate yourself, don't eat anything, do some push-ups, sit-ups, or some weight lifting just to loosen your muscles, then go run your ass off on a treadmill. repeat daily.

on the third day break from running. high risk of stress fractures if your a begining runner. doing this, i have lost 30lbs in two months, and i went from the second belt hole to the sixth hole that i had to poke through myself because that's how many inches i lost in my waist.

i was in best buy yesterday and saw a dvd set called: "carmen electras strip aerobics"

soooo go buy it.... do it...tape yourself doing it...and post up.... and GO.

lol, no, but me on the other hand.

i'm 5"11", and i was at 190lbs when i started doing this, after i was able to run to the moon and rep 200lbs weighing 160lbs.

now, i'm such a lazy fat-ass i think i'm going to die. i'm at 215lbs right now. yeah, not good. i can't even rep 120lbs right now, lol!

i'll be going off to basic for the CTARNG in jan. or feb, so i need to start getting into shape right now if i want a shot at ranger school and SF.

lol, that's one of the ones I was thinking about getting. But I guess Carmen isn't all that involved in the video so some people didn't like it. But I still want to try it.
