Gotta agree with Grim on Mountain Biking!
Very low impact so you're not destroying joints (unless you crash your brains out) and gives a good all over workout!
I used to ride minimum 300 Km's a week (25 km each night then 100 km per day on the weekends on top of 120 minutes on a stationary at Gym 5 days a week) I had a few female riding partners and they always looked in awesome shape!
Ditto on our bodies usually just use the stored fat from where ever it feels like and not from a specific area you're trying to target but usually in women the first place to go is the Breasts (Man I HATE human physiology sometimes)
