Wire help

Ok, 2 things keeping me from starting my supra for the first time in 11 months.

Its been so long I forgot where the negative battery post ground goes. Its the long black wire that goes towards the firewall from the negative battery post.

Theres also a plug next to the fuse box that i cant find the plug for.

That plug looks like its for the AC replays mounted at the bottom of the Fuse box.

Doesn't the negative go to the starter?

I thought the positive goes to the starter, they look alike. Well that just makes me wonder where the positive goes then.

one of the negitives goes to the block, another short one screws into the fender.
it does NOT go to the starter.
