Oh yeah, I need to go with a clutch fan but fitment is an issue with my radiator. I hope I don't need solid motor mounts.

Funny ypu say that because I actually was wondering if I have to go electric fan or if I can go clutch fan because I have an aftermarket Fluidyne radiator :/

Aaron says a clutch fan will be 3 7/8" from the water pump pulley to the tip of the blades so measure what you have to work with.

Hmmm alright. I had a guy offer me a modified LS400 one from DM with a 10 blade 7MGTE fan. I get to see the motor the day after Christmas but ill be out of town for Christmas until Saturday

Am buying ps hose, oil pressure sender, throttle cable, and fan clutch setup today

Fan clutch is from a 2JZGE but was on a 1JZ MK3 with an afternarket radiator that is as thick as mine and he said clearence of the radiator was not an issue, though it was close to one of the water hoses. Does anyone know if this setup will work?

When the time comes I'd like to replace my stock water temp, fuel level, and boost gauges with these VDO gauges. I like them because they look more time specific then a lot of the other gauges out there.

Brakes started squeaking last night and today I finally got around to checking out the problem. I took the front wheel off first low and behold there were a shit load of hot spots, probably in correlation with the juddering I sometimes get (other times its fine?). Looks like its timd to get new front pads and rotors

I finally went and put my "New" motor in my friends garage. Needs to be cleaned up a but but I was very happy with its overall condition. I'm.going to check the condition of the capacitors and turbos in the near future.

Update!!!!

Ordered R1 concept slotted front rotors with STOPTECH pads to address the brake issue. They should be here tomorrow.

Also ordered a flywheel from fellow forum member (SKpunisher), and almost all of the rest of my parts from DM. Should be here by the middle of next week!

All I need now is a new stock radiator, LS400 fanclutch, ps reservoir, IC piping and bov, and a y-pipe/downpipe

I still can't believe this swap is actually happening!!!

R1 Concept E-Line Slotted Rotors and STOPTECH pads for the front.

R154 JZ Flywheel from SKpunisher

Also painted my rear wiper arm, tho after taking it off to paint it I kinda wanna just keep it off. Thoughts?

Looks MUCH better than before, but the delete is so much more clean!

The rest of my DriftLotion stuff should be here on Monday! All I need now is a different radiator, LS400 fan clutch, bov and IC piping, and a downpipe.
