I bought a XTD clutch for a turbo 7m and it obviously matches up wiht the engine but will it doesn't match the throwout bearing in the w58 assembly so if i buy a turbo throwout bearing assembly will it work?
What does pp type mean and stand for. Also i think that the input shaft will match up but i am worried about he throwout bearing assembly the peice that connects the bearing to the fork.
It means that on the R154 the pressure plate is pulled to disengage the clutch and on a W58 the pressure plate is pushed to disengage the clutch. In other words, the clutch you bought will not work. You have to buy a clutch for a N/A. And by the way, I wouldnt buy an XTD, they arent very good af far as quality goes and from the experience of many friends they start to slip around 1700-2000 miles.
thank you i really don't know anything about clutches. i also bought a flywheel should i just sell the pressure plate and disc and keep the flywheel because my flywheel is completely covered in rust and was pretty worn anyways.
