I am in Holmen, about 15 mins North of LaCrosse. I have an 87. I got the car last winter but parked it until last week. I am gonna try to fix it up. Not a whole over resto but get it running good and looking better. I am still finishing up an 86 camaro right now though. All my nickels and dimes are still going into that. Hopefully by the end of July I can start putting some time and money into the supra. Would be nice to find someone close that knows a thing or two about these cars.

Thanks for the comments on the video, in car should be up tomorrow night if all goes well. I have about 20-30 minutes worth of video.

Before I purchase any driveshaft I will be making very sure that I do not have a possibility of spinning it too fast. Also I am sort of getting close to calling the mk3 done(for the time being) and starting the mk4 fund. Hope to have a sub 50k mile 6 speed by next summer, ideally purchasing it about a year from now, maybe sooner if the right one comes along.

The 94 supra that was at road america was pretty sweet in my opinion. Little dissapointed when he popped the hood because it was N/A- T and had tinfoil wrapped on things. I did like the black on red,(your supra looks pretty damn good too) it really made the look of that car.
Cant wait to see the video, looked good from the pits and stands!

Hey, you should have came by and introduced yourself, I did not think any SM'ers were going to be there.

Yeah I was really excited when I saw the 94 car on the sign up list. That car had a lot of cool things on it including big Brembo front brakes, TT rear brakes, Suspension, Bride racing seat, harness bars etc and it looked very nice (minus the watery headlights) but I was also very disappointed when I saw it was an NA-T. It was still awesome to see it out there because most Supra owners of all generations do not exercise the cars abilities in the corners.

As for my car I think it is a pretty clean example of an mk3, but it DEFINITELY has some flaws. Either way I am having a good time with it.

Sam - yep I did paint the TT wheels flat black and then cleared them

And as promised, here is links to the in car videos

Sam, the TT wheels will be better performance wise, as they give more contact patch than the 91-92's

Sam, I second what Moy already wrote, just go with the TT wheels. I do have the 91/92 wheels still but I do not want to give them up since I like to put them on the rear when I decide to act a fool in parking lots etc.

I know this guys.
I like the look of the 91-92 wheels, and I also like the look of TT wheels.
I was just inquiring if the 91s were availible..

Whatsup Wisconsin. Just thought id stop by, I am moving back to the Madison Wisconsin area in august (Mt. Horeb).
More than three years ago I moved to CA to go to school, to work on cars (WyoTech), and have since bought a supra and now am in the middle of a 1jz swap (after BHG, then f'ing misplaced rivet in MHG, now rod knock). Still not sure if i am going to be done with the swap before the move (definitely close though).
Anyone in the Madison area? Any meets i should be aware of?

Does anyone have a green plug igniter for 7m-gte? I'd like to check my igniter against the one I currently have to see if it'll cure the issue of my tach not reading...

Hey man! I am about 45 min from Madison. Delafield if you know where that is. I'm rocking the 1JZ too, so if you need a hand just let me know.

Speaking of that, I just ordered new caps and some extras for my ECU. So, If anyone needs to re-cap their ECU let me know.
