Depends on what you're into really. Traffic in WI doesn't compare. But I haven't been to IL in probably a year or two maybe. They fixed some problems then?
94 Eastbound tollroad is no where near as bad as 94 in WI. I mean traffic into Chicago is always going to be a forget about it situation, but out isn't so bad with 4 lanes now.

Just installed my Lexus IS300 T2 torsen today and it is AWESOME. So much better than the LSD imo, even when it worked great when I bought the car. Now the car is fully prepared for my April 18th track day.

Ive seen the white 89+ with the CF hood sometime last summer. Its a pretty clean car, he was listing off all these mods, and wouldn't pop the hood.. we raced n cruised a little while. We gotta get a meet set up a few times this summer!

The install went really smoothly and was actually quite a bit easier than I had expected. I did not take pictures unfortunately (DOH!) but I still have the lexus pumpkin here with the LSD from the MK3 installed in it and I can take it apart and get pictures of anything someone would like to see (the insides of the diffs are basically identical between the lexus and MK3). The track day I am doing is at Road America on april 18th, I have already paid and will for sure be there. Here is a link to the track day.

http://roadamerica.fbody.us/

According the the sign up list there will be a 94 supra out there as well on Sunday, SWEET!

Doom- the setup is a 01-05 Lexus IS300 T2 torsen swap into an MK3 pumpkin. It appears that the MK3 and Lexus ring gear and pinion are exactly the same ( I could not find one difference), but I did swap the ring gear and used the MK3 parts on the torsen carrier to install into the mk3 case. I got the diff from an 03 IS for a very good price. I have been testing the diff out (took off my TT rear wheels with Dunlop Z1 Star Specs on them and put on my shit tires on the stock 16's in the rear) and all I can say is wow. The torsen is an excellent differential imo. Has no problem doing a donut, works everytime, and you have none of the low speed clunking that you get with a tight LSD. I would recommend this to anyone who has worn out there factory lsd quickly (mine worked awesome when I got the car, but screwing around a few times in a open parking lot and it was one wheel wondering in no time) and would like to got to a diff that will not wear out and does not need rebuilds.

Anyway, if anyone has any additional questions about it feel free to hit me up. The T-2 torsen is the same style as the MK4 rear differential and is not nearly as fragile as the JDM MK3 T1 torsen. Couple that with the fact that our factory stub shafts work with this diff and it is a win win in my book.

That was Friday night. My buddy suspects that whole thing happened cause the supra driver was flirting with the guy's chick.

Haha, thats usually how that stuff happens.
Does anyone know who that was though?

Dave - Glad to hear the Diff install went smoothly! Im interested in doing this someday myself.

I'm pretty sure I know who's car that is, one of my car buddy's brother's. Never met the guy, but from what his brother told me, there's pretty good money in that car.
