So, just that I have this straight in my head after following this thread. (that wasn't intended to ryhme):
The 2JZ is a beefed up version of the 7M. Squared bore/stroke for reliability at retarded horsepower, got rid of the headgasket and oiling system problem that plauged the factory 7M... and designed from day 1 to be fuel injected?
Makes sense, I think.
