although i have a 2j in the car,ive always been very fond of the 7m. its just as reliable as the 2j. i love the 7m and the torque.

If the 2JZ is so great, why all the nuthugging on the 1JZ? Is it that the 2J is a difficult swap? I would think they would be similar.

I made 400+rwhp on my stock internalled(+MHG) 7M for 4 years with no issues. Now I have a built 7M that is making close to 500rwhp at 17psi (pump gas) on a little GT35R(.68A/R). And I bet I paid less than swapping in a used 2JZ.
