Some people on this forum just think the JZ is the most unstoppable force ever made. Next best thing besides sliced bread.

It's like this, IF your 7M failed. It was your fault. If you rebuilt it and it blew up again, still your fault. Pointed at you S.A.

No....I blew a head head gasket on a 7m......my fault? Nope poor design by toyota. Just like thousands of people around the world. Only mods were that which made it breath better. Intake, hard pipes, 3 inch exhaust, and upgraded intercooler. The great and might 7m should of handled that, one would think.

The 7m bottom end I was building was sold to my brother in law and I went 2jzgte. I never blew that engine and I doubt it would of.

not sure, but it looks like it mounts under the top. in the pics, you can see it's on there while the roof is on. that's pretty cool.

the 7m isn't a bad engine. all the headgasket failures are due to the headbolts being under torqued. this isn't a problem if you are rebuilding the engine now.

That is one bad ass car right there! That's lances car. He is on her goes by rajun. That's a car I wouldn't mind buying. He is a malicious hotrod guy. He also built a maverick with a sweet 2jzgte there should be some pics floating around.

If anyone has the money that's a car that would be worth every penny. That mkiii was his baby, and like I said this guy is a meticulous hotrod guy. I went ovee to his house once and saw his garage, and it was freaking amazing. I am always weary of buying someone else's work, but would have no second thoughts about buying his work.
