Ok, do this: Find the line that comes off of the fuel pressure geulator...follow that until you get to what the TSRM calls the "air tank" (not where it goes into the manifold)...then follow the other line coming out of the "air tank" to it's VSV...the other port on that VSV is where the ACIS connects to...from what I can tell.
It is on the end of the fuel rail closest to the front of the car. Do you have a pic of your engine bay?

There should be two lines coming from the air tank...follow the lines from the FPR to the tank, and then follow the second line coming from the air tank to a VSV...that is the VSV that the ACIS connects to............

Use the spare tire jack to raise the car up.

I got that. +1 forever now.
Now the new problem. The I idle at 1800 RPMS, drop to 1000ish then jump up again. Im gonna check for codes, and see whats up.

Just drive the car around a little bit...no need to pull EFI fuse unless you are going to clear codes...

Im sorry I was mean to you earlier!!! Sounds like a vacuum problem. If no one helped you on your first problem I would have helped when I got home. I would have needed to look at my car to help. So your car is not missing right your on all 6 just Rpm's are doing crazy things??? How about when the car is warmed up???

Its warmed up now. I drve around the block to get my sister. So that was like 3 minuites of driving. Should I go longer?
