lol.. I live blocks from Trump golf course. the area is REALLY expensive. the house down the street just rented for 3600 a month. Same size as mine.

Gotta know the right people.

I've got enough money to move out. Right now I make $1000-$1350 a week, so its not like I'm poor and cant.

I'd rather save my money for other things instead of wasting $1,000 a month on something I dont need.

Seriously though: I would just get a mortgage if I were you...renting is a waste of money. You are basically helping them pay for their house which is good for them....

No pics right now of my house. These pics are of the entire place you guys live? Or what? I am confused. My wife and I have a home.

TOMA70E: If you make that much money, why not buy a house. You are 20 years old. You would be paying on something that will yield you a profit in the future. Say the average starter home in CA. is around 250-300k. (I could be way off either way) Save for...say three months. You would have $12,000 on the low end of your estimations for a down payment, and a monthly payment of $1500/month. Which isn't shit compared to your take home of $4000/month. It doesn't make sense to me. But, you have your reasons, and I respect them.
