Should have set the rim on a piece of wood.

That size will not rub. Also the higher positive offset the farther the wheel sits in the fender well.

i was wondering how a18x8 +15 and 18x9 +10 would fit our cars or would that be too aggressive mind you that driveability is big for me and I don't want to run an aggressive camber the only reason I'm considering those offsets is due to a crazy deal on a set of folk sf challenge I found any help would be greatly appreciated

I have 18x8.5 front and 18x9.5 rear (35mm all around). Perfect fitment in my case. Doesn't stick out too far, or too inside. My fitment is flush and no rub, dropped Tokico/Eibach (polyurethane suspension bushings).

I really don't think 10mm offset is usable, but maybe someone else has more to offer...

i run 18x9.5 +15 all around and have a set of ms1's in 18x9.5 -3 that require a more aggressive roll (slight pull), but they look great

35-40 offset is better for a 10" IMO. Not sure why you would go with a 10...

i need to figure out how to fit a 295-30-18 under the rear fender. i'm thinking 18x10.5, with maybe a +40 offset.
any suggestions?

I can fit a 295 35 18 on 10 +25.

Just roll your fenders. It's not a big deal.

i had to roll mine to fit 18x9.5 +25, with a 275-35. i'd like to have more of the wheel under the car if possible, but that would probably mean custom wheels.

If your running springs and shocks you can not run as much inside as it gets close to the shock and spring. Coilovers are much skinnier and you can run more in it.

16x9 +0 R 225/50/R16

More pictures to come later with 205/55/R16 up front to get rid of the rake and more lowerage once I get the wheels repaired/refinished

Edit: I just happened to be browsing for rims when I notice the ones I want actually only come in a 9.75" width. Will there be clearance issues with them in the front?

That offset I agree is more usable but I want some thing that looks aggressive and the wheels I would be getting are discontinued so I can't order an exact spec price is really good as well

Very helpful thanks so the fronts should be fine with a roll right

I went 17X9 +25 and with a minor fender roll it looks FLUSH when I measure it with a paint stick.... scroll back 15-20 pages....

No you won't. +25 will easily clear. I think around +35 it starts getting close.

With coilovers I think I have another 1-2inchs of space.

You're gonna have stretched tires and/or camber to fit with just a flat roll.

not crazy about stretching tires. ill maybe skimp down a size or two depending on the wheels. Back to looking :/

You could pull the fenders but will prolly chip the paint.

Additionally, body work will be required since pulling will involve deformation of the fender.
