ive done 171 in my black 89 on 91 north going home to CT i backed off cause i got nervous - not the car . i fukkin loove my sup !!!!

not sure how fast but the speedo was buried and was hitting the rev limiter in 5th. felt like 600 mph lol.... mods at the time: T70 @ 18psi, 680cc injectors, lex afm, full 3in ex, 2.5in i/c piping and huge fmic , eibach pro's and bilstines, and 373 lsd
Seen 5500 in 5th before. 225/50/16 rear tires, R154, 3.73 gear. Speedo's been broke for a while, but I know rpms don't lie. 
Saw over 5k in my SS once, in 5th gear... speedo was damn near buried, and that was with the tops off and windows down, and that car is 100% stock. Scary thing is, it had more pull in it.

Seriously I've never driven anything that was happier above 100 than the Fat car it just cruises along like it's a normal drive, when you come back down to normal speeds on the in lap at the track it feels like walking
Topped out my old 91 N/A 5 Speed at either 134 or 143 can't remember which and don't remember the rpms I was at. My mods were catback exhaust with test pipe and intake.

My 88 n/a was so quiet that I caught myself accidentally doing 120-130 through a large portion of Utah at night... Wondered how I had crossed the whole damn state in 5 hours haha!
And 140.3 huh, IJ? Not too shabby, I only let off since the tires are only rated to ~130. If I had my summer tires on it, I don't see any problem trying to top the thing out on the hill I was going down, it's STEEEEEEEP.
