im looking to build an 450whrp mkii

ive been into drifting for awhile but never wanted to damage my supra doing some thing stupid, so i figured a free car with to much horse power would but a huge smile on my face.

every thing on the list will be done to this car.

im thinking high rpm, stand alone, and custom gauge pod
and lightening it as much as possible, going to run an upgraded 57ct26 or talk my brother into lettin my use his hks mani..

Transplanting an 88 7M-GTE into the body of a former 90 7M-GE.

It would be a pure engine swap except I'm also bringing in the pre 89 wiring with it, so now it's also an electrical swap. I haven't started pulling my hair out yet, but it might happen in the near future. I starting losing a few hairs over this though: Pre/Post 89 Wiring :icon_conf

Moving 2J from 90 to 91...

Along the way...

Single, 5-speed & clutch kit, interior (Dynamat & new carpet), Suspension (Eibach/Tokicos, SS brake lines, rotors, 18" wheels & tires), etc etc... I have about 95% of the parts together. Waiting on fabrication & parts has always led to procrastination and scope creep.

Getting things knocked out the right way, right away!

Trying to pass emissions. High flow, no egr, and 3X over legal nox. :aigo: Also much, much regular and preventative maintinence and trying to ween the gte off of its training wheels. Then after it passes emissions, on with the 3 piece, rust repair, and paint.

Then classes start up again, and a fierce mental battle ensues between the kid who wants toys for the car, and the adult telling it not to spend...
