yea it was a florida guy who keeps popping ECU's. it was me haha

yea so i got the ECU fixed and got it home and put it in only to get a constant CEL. oh man i almost exploded. then realized that i didn't have my 02 sensor cause i let another buddy borrow mine and then i REALLY exploded!!! oh man i am SOOO beyond pissed right now..... so i only got to here it crank and run shitty for about 3 seconds. its only been 2 weeks and its KILLING me!!!!

ok onto my project.....

my project right now is to go single turbo setup. got the 60-1 ready and the WG. Just need to get the manifold and oil lines. gonna ghetto it up with a stock IC for now just so i can banish my stupid oil burning stock twins. then it'll be onto 550's, safc, ACT Xtreme clutch, IC, and hard piping.......then the 18 year+ project of raising my first born BEGINS!!!

Umm, full swap from 90 to 87. I have to install the interior, switch rotors and pads, swap wheels, convert it to a 5-speed, install Greddy Full Auto turbo timer, install 1-piece aluminum DS, disconnect the body from the sub-frame on both cars (and keep the motor/tranny still attached on the 90) so I can simply lift the bodies off the subframes/motor (87 is a shell) and roll the appropriate subframe under the right car, install custom flush-mount headlights, swap stock corner lenses for clear corner lenses, install 2.5 Twin Turbo badge on front grill, install mirrors (currently in the paint booth), and of course hook up everything on my 87 (motor, tranny, steering, dash, etc...), install new Shine Auto front lip, install rear sway bar, and get it registered back home in Oregon while it's still here (no emission testing :D ). I have a lot of work to do and no time to do it in.

well the car runs great but do need to work on these...

install DM FULL SS braided clutch line
replace speedo cable (short one)
install new gauge pod where I can see it without looking down
install new head unit and amp (Pioneer) and upgrade these damn factory speakers

and yeah ultimately will convert to single turbo (GT35r) with big FMIC and all the SS pipes to go with it .. aiming for 500hp... :icon_bigg

Actually, to be honest, I'm hoping it doesn't make too much torque so I don't burn up my clutch.

Spool isn't all that great compared to newer GT turbos but the setup was still a lot of fun just the same for the 2 weeks I drove it. Should be more fun when it's back up running more than 10psi off the wastegates. We'll see.

FFIM take 3 and MoTeC boost control.

thought you where done IJ? guess you'll tinker with that car till the end of time...

new projects for me:
- replace my TPS (old one has a bit too much resistance compared to spec)

- hardpipes (god damn boost leaks, wtf where they thinking?)

- intake (eventually)

- high flow cant and catback

- possibly replacing my ZW DDP for a rerouted, as I got rid of a LOT of the noise it's getting to me, maybe a cutout or seomthing when I want to be loud, not sure

- interior is getting a bit of sprucing up, gotta go junkyard hopping and find me that big console piece aroudn the stereo as previous owner hacked it up (and assholes at the tranny shop broke it)

- tranny rebuild

- driveshaft

I could go on and on, but we all know it's NEVER done...
