SAFC would never hurt, not a complete tunning device but you can tweak some things. Ive always taught if you drive alot you want to feel as comfortable as possible, and with that locomotive level for a shifter i dont feel any comfort. short shifter, but thats not really performance.

Other things would be boost controller, if you got the money to spend go with some sort of a tunning ECU.

Upgraded turbo would also be a good way to bump up the ponnies. Again depending on your budget, either go with an upgraded CT-26 for low budget or something like a SP61GT wich almost everyone whos looking for 400 to 550 HP is going with.

MOST sensible right now if you dont wnat to spend too much money. LEX, 550s, SAFC, and IC. those will give you a nice kick in the ass everytime you step on the gas pedal. AND do your self a favor get a BCC and a BoostController.

btw i have a lex if your interested. PM me for details.

Are you still on sawblades? Remove them so you can brake, accellerate and handle better with some wider wheels and better tires.

If that is taken care of, or you don't wish to do that, bigger turbo, better IC, hardpipes and 550s, some way to meter air (vpc, lex, maf-t, mapecu) and something to tune.

Presuming that, since you've done the head gasket, you did the timing belt, water pump, etc., I'd go for the suspension. Bushings, bearings, dampeners and springs.
