Hey guys, so I'm gonna do an oil change on my newly aquired 1990 Toyota Supra Turbo with over 150,000 Miles, and for it's first oil change I am gonna use Mobil 1 Full Synthetic High Mileage 10W-30. http://www.mobiloil.com/USA-English/MotorOil/Oils/Mobil_1_High_Mileage_10W-30.aspx

I was curious, what type of oil do ya'll use for your Supras? What type of oil is recommended for this car? Suggestions are appreciated. Thanks. :)

You should use a 5w30 or a 0w30 like German castrol f you can find it.

I used to use Gc 0w30 but switched to redline cause I get a good deal on it.

If it leaks oil, and/or has high miles.

If it leaks oil, and has under 150k miles.

If it doesn't leak oil and under 150k miles.

German Castrol, 0-30, Pure One filters.

10k between oil changes, with oil added as needed to keep it approx one quart above full mark. 5k between filter changes. ~10k on full rebuild, minus piston rings.
