what is this turbo from????

It is a Garrett turbo, could this be used on a built 7mgte? The numbers on it are:
MDL-TV5101
P/N- R8929797
S/N- T6187B0603
Some other numbers on the intake side are: A/R .60, and M-24

looking at the turbo looks like an older T series turbo, probably in the 04 series.

I have no clue what it is from. I was going to see if I could use it, but decided to stick with my boss 61. I think I'm going to sell it.

Looks like one of Garrett's diesel turbos.

Can you get the compressor housing off and measure the inducer / exducer?
